PREPARING YOUR RUBBISH FOR COLLECTION
We are committed to making your rubbish removal experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Here are some tips on how to prepare your rubbish for removal:
Location
We can collect your rubbish from most locations as long as it is safe to access. If you will not be present during the collection, it’s best to move your rubbish outside or somewhere we can easily access it.
Bagging
Generally, bagging is not necessary as we can gather all your rubbish together. However, if the waste is scattered in small quantities across a large area, you may want to consider bagging it to ensure we remove everything and avoid additional charges.
Placement
We can collect your rubbish from multiple locations, so there is no need to put it all in one spot. However, it’s helpful if the waste is clearly separated or in one place, especially if someone else is showing us what to remove. This also helps us provide an accurate quote and reduces disruption.
What We Can Remove
We accept a wide range of waste items, including bulky waste such as sofas, beds, and cupboards, as well as electrical waste such as lamps and computers. However, there are some waste streams we cannot remove due to health and safety or compliance reasons. These include raw food and meat, licensed and unlicensed asbestos, chemicals and solvents including most paints, and heavy and dense waste such as bricks, rubble, soil, and plasterboard. For larger amounts of these waste streams, we recommend our skip hire service.
We prioritise safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility in all our rubbish removal services.
We have customers nationwide as well as locally in and around Basildon, Southend, Brentwood, Hullbridge, Rayleigh, Canvey Island, Billericay, Chelmsford, Loughton and Maldon.
